To ensure safety for both sides, businesses fund jobs in escrow before work begins. Once the translator delivers the work and the company approves it, the funds are automatically released to the translator's account.

Yes! If you are on the Plus Member tier (for translators) or the Pro/Plus Business tiers (for companies), you can invite and manage up to 3 team collaborators under the Team page.
Free tier accounts support 1 translation language. Pro Member accounts support up to 5 languages, and Plus Member accounts support up to 10 languages.
Jobs are matched automatically based on your profile's language pairs, translation specialities, and your review ratings. Pro and Plus members receive higher matching priority.
Translators on the Free tier have a 20% platform fee. Upgrading to Pro Member reduces it to 10%, and Plus Member reduces it to only 5%. For companies, Free is 5%, Pro Business is 2%, and Plus Business is 0%.
Payouts are processed automatically via PayPal. Standard accounts have a 30-day payout holding period, while Pro and Plus translators benefit from automatic payouts immediately upon project approval.
To verify your account, navigate to the Dashboard and click on 'Verification' in the left menu. You will need to upload a valid government-issued ID and professional translation credentials. Our team reviews all submissions within 24-48 hours.
Verified translators receive a 'Verified Pro Translator' badge, gain priority sorting in customer search results, and are eligible to apply for high-value enterprise jobs that require verified credentials.
